Grilled Tuna Steak
Fresh tuna is a great fish to cook on the barbecue because it’s firm and meaty – so it stands up well to the fierce heat. This recipe takes minutes to prepare and fresh tuna is also a great source of Omega 3 so it’s brilliant for your health. This recipe is simple, tasty and full of zingy flavours.
BBQ Grilled Tuna Steak
Ingredients
- 4 Fresh Tuna steaks
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 spring fresh Rosemary
Method
- Drizzle the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic and herbs over the tuna steak.
- Marinade for 30 minutes.
- Barbecue the tuna for two minutes on each side until it’s sealed on the outside, but still pink in the middle.
- Cut into thick slices and serve with salad and a squeeze of lemon juice.
