This is a 30-minute, body slimming workout that is designed to melt away fat and define a leaner physique through an invigorating combination of traditional Yoga moves and balance poses. This effective workout will activate the core and challenge all of the major muscle groups.

 

You will need a Yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a towel to complete this. You can modify this workout to suit your fitness level by adjusting rest periods, and poses.
