7 Min Total Body Toning Workout

This is a 7-minute full body-sculpting workout routine that mixes elements of Yoga, stretching, strength training, isometric holds to incinerate calories, improve balance, boost energy and tone the entire body from head to toe. This total body routine can be modified to fit all skill levels.
