This is a super easy method for grilling or baking fish. It is a great diet recipe for the end of the week and at just 139 calories this fish in foil recipe is low in calories and tastes great. This is a simple and tasy recipe that is a low carbohydrate and high protein diet eating option.

  • 4 oz boneless mild white fish fillet (like Tilapia, Cod, etc)
  • 1/2 cup sweet raw green peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup sliced raw mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons raw onions, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 teaspoon Greek Seasoning

Tip:
This dish is so easy to prepare that you can customize each piece of fish to accommodate any picky eater in the house.
You could add green beans or asparagus to make this even more filling!

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place large sheet of tinfoil on baking sheet and spray foil with nonstick coating.
  3. Chop onions, slice mushrooms
  4. Slice and cut up green bell peppers
  5. Place 4oz piece of fish on top of foil
  6. Sprinkle with half of the greek seasoning
  7. Cover with vegetables, sprinke with the remaining seasoning.
  8. Bring all foil together, lightly covering the fish and veggies.
  9. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
