  1. Par-boil the chips for a few minutes, drain and dry.
  2. Spray with low calorie cooking spray.
  3. Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.

If you par-boil the potatoes, it just makes the cooking process a little quicker. Simply put the chips into boiling water for a few minutes. Par-boiling just starts the cooking process off.
