Total Body Workout Level 2

This is a 27-minute, full body-toning workout that will burn calories, improve posture, and tone the arms, legs, butt, chest, back, abs, and shoulders. You will begin with a warm up to increase flexibility and finish with a soothing, cool down stretching series that will decrease soreness and maximize results.



You will need a set of light hand weights, a sturdy chair, a towel, and a bottle of water to complete this low impact workout that will sculpt lean muscle as you lubricate the joints, enhance your balance, and slim the waistline.
