Legs, Thighs & Butt Workout

This is a 10-minute, Pilates-based lower-body workout that is designed to burn fat as you firm, shape, and tone the muscles of the hips, thighs, legs, buns and abs with a low-intensity blend of floor exercises.




Target trouble zones and blast away cellulite with this short, but effective workout, that showcases a large array of key moves used to sculpt a long, lean, and lifted lower body.

You will need a towel, a Yoga mat, and a bottle of water to complete this workout that is great for all skill levels.
