This workout takes about 20 minutes and targets all of the major muscle groups of the body to burn fat, strengthen the core, improve posture, and tone the arms, legs, abs, butt, shoulders, chest, and back.

 

This workout starts with a gentle stretching routine to prevent injury and get your body ready for action and is followed by a soothing cool down that will maximize results. You will need a chair, light hand weights, a towel, and a bottle of water to complete this low impact routine.
