~ Lower Calorie Tuna Lettuce Wraps ~
You could have this tuna salad with chopped red onion and a little red wine vinegar. You can serve this on fresh spinach leaves and also add broccoli. The addition of the extra vegetables makes this healthy and filling.
- 1 can light tuna in water
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- fresh pepper
- Drain tuna.
- Mix all the ingredients and serve in freshly washed spinach leaves.
