  • Cooked peas
  • Watercress
  • Cooked potatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Lemon
  • Mint
  • Cooked salmon


  1. Layer the lettuce, peas, watercress, potatoes and salmon in a container.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Add a squeeze of lemon.
  4. Garnish with mint.
