Total Body Routine

This routine goes from using your own body weight to testing your balancing skills to pushing your limits with some resistance bands! This total body routine is going to tone your booty, arms and core.

 

You Will Need:

A pair of 5-10lb dumbbells, a kettlebell, mini bands, a resistance band and an exercise ball!

If you don’t own the bands or mini bands you can still do these exercises, but without the resistance.
