Low Impact Cardio Workout

This workout uses low impact exercises that help you burn fat & lose weight while building range of motion, cardio endurance, coordination, control of your own body and flexibility. This routine is a feel-good workout for beginners, though even exercise veterans may enjoy this workout on recovery days and you could also use it on those days where you may not be feeling 100% but still want to get moving. The moves are all low impact and easily modified to be easier or more difficult.
