Today we have three exercises that can be done quickly – even if you are at work and you feel like you just don’t have the time to get to a gym. An easy starting place is to walk around the office for five or ten minutes before you go back to your desk after lunch.
Weight Watchers promote movement and they even calculate this in when they work out how much you should be eating. If you can do all three of these back to back for 15 minutes, you may be surprised that you can start to feel your heart rate increase. Just remember to always get a doctor’s approval to exercise before you do anything new.
