This is full body-sculpting circuit workout that uses high intensity interval training with a mixture of strength and cardio moves to boost the metabolism and add power to movement to kick start maximum weight loss potential for a total body tune-up from top to bottom!
You will need a set of dumbbells, a bottle of water, and a towel to complete this routine that can be modified to fit any skill level by adjusting reps, weight and form.
- Warm – Up: deep squats, jumping jacks
- Circuit 1: reverse lunge overhead presses, squat thrust to hammer curls, runner’s lunges
- Circuit 2: squat to woodchoppers, lunge dumbbell pass-throughs, skater to elbow drives
- Circuit 3: side lunge to bicep curls, squat overhead press pivots, plyo squat floor taps
- Circuit 4: Iso wide squat side punches, standing donkey kicks, inch worm burpees
- Cool – Down: shoulder rolls, wide squat stretches, forward fold hamstring stretches
