This 10 minute, lower body-sculpting fat burner workout is designed to lift and firm the booty, incinerate calories, tighten the core and tone the entire body.
Alternate 1 minute of lower body-targeted strength moves with 30 seconds of plyometric exercise to get maximum results fast.
You will need a Yoga mat, 1 heavy dumbbell, a towel and a bottle of water to complete this workout.
There are modifications to fit all skill levels.
