20 Minute Body Toning Workout

This is a full body toning workout, that is designed to work all of the major muscle groups of the body and it is suitable for beginners.



This workout includes includes warm up exercises, it uses basic movements that are not too complicated or hard to perform. The workout sequences repeat, giving you a chance to get used to the movements and it includes a cool down sequence at the end.

These exercises can be done anywhere to activate the abs, burn fat, and tone the arms, legs, butt, chest, shoulders, and back.
