Cellulite is fat beneath the skin which has a bumpy appearance because it pushes up against connective tissue, causing the skin above it to pucker. Cellulite is more common among women than men. If other women in your family have cellulite, there’s a good chance you will too.
Eat healthy foods and try workouts that you enjoy, and find flattering clothing that you feel comfortable in.
Instead of just trying to target your cellulite hot spots, focus on reducing your overall body fat with a well balanced self-care regimen that includes strength training.
It is estimated that almost 90 percent of women have some degree of cellulite (even super models!) and women are more likely to have it than men due to the differences in their hormones, body composition and subcutaneous tissue structure.
