- Potatoes
- Low calorie cooking spray
- Seasoning
Method
- Par-boil the chips for a few minutes, drain and dry.
- Spray with low calorie cooking spray.
- Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Tip
If you par-boil the potatoes, it just makes the cooking process a little quicker.
Simply put the chips into boiling water for a few minutes.
Par-boiling just starts the cooking process off.
